(UK resources and support for those dealing with suicide, depression or emotional distress – particularly teenagers and young adults. Papyrus also runs HopeLine UK, a confidential helpline service staffed by trained professionals who can give support, practical advice and information to anyone concerned that a young person they know may be at risk of harming themselves.. The helpline is open Monday – Friday from 10am – 2pm and 7pm – 10pm, and 2pm – 5pm on weekends.)

(Nightline is a listening, support and information service, run by students for students. Nightline services operate in over forty universities in the UK and beyond. All of them offer a telephone helpline service - usually all night, every night during term-time - and many also offer a drop-in service. Help is now also available via Skype.)
