I've seen the t-shirts just about everywhere for the past two years (which have been the darkest of my life), but I just sat down to find out what they mean today. And, suddenly, what I thought was just a lovely slogan turned into something else. Hope. Renewal. Sunlight.

I can't even begin to describe how much this has helped me.

You guys are amazing.

This is truly amazing. I would love to be able to share my story in a safe environment. I have self-injured since I was 9 yrs. old...I am 42 now and still self-harm. This is the first web site about this issue that has given me hope.

Thanks for your work and efforts to heal those with these issues.
